Coconut Macaroons is a dessert that is ready in 20 mins & is made using just 2 ingredients – coconut & condensed milk. Perfect holiday recipe loved by all.
Seriously if you ever find a dessert recipe as simple and as delicious as this one, then let me know! OMG, these Coconut Macaroons are out of this world. Seriously! I cannot believe that they can can be so ridiculously easy to make. Desserts like these make you want to reach out to the picture and grab one. I made these macaroons for our Thanksgiving party this year and they turned to be an instant hit. Everyone loved it and willingly took the leftovers home. Each one of them messaged me later thanking me for the macaroons. They were that delicious. Nothing makes me more happy than watching people enjoy their food.
If you too are a fan of easy desserts like me then you must try these recipes as well – Oreo Bark – No Cook Recipe, Cashew & Condensed Milk Biscuits, Chocolate Rava Laddu and Mango Semolina Cupcakes. All these are recipes that you can make on any occasion like Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas or even Raksha Bandhan. Especially when we need to make some dessert for large groups, these recipes come handy. At-least for me, I prefer such recipes over elaborate ones because, lets face it, we have no time! We are always on the go and have ten thousand things going on in our mind at any given point. If you are nodding in agreement, then I have got your back my friend. That is the reason I love creating such easy yet tasty recipes only for YOU.
Here is what you need to do to prepare these beautiful coconut macaroons. In a mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk and desiccated coconut flakes. Refrigerate this mixture for 30 minutes. Then shape them into medium size balls and place them over parchment paper on a cookie tray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake these macaroons for 15-20 minutes. Keep checking and take them out once it starts browning evenly. 2-Ingredient Coconut Macaroons are now ready. Devour them once they are cool enough. These macaroons are soft and chewy. Plus it’s gluten-free, no flour is used and have a delicious coconut taste to it with just the right amount of sweetness.
Once you have made this, I assure you that you will never again buy macaroons from the store. Therefore the next time you or your loved ones are craving for something sweet, you know what to make! Anything baked homemade is always the best to taste, in my opinion. Plus you get to enjoy the sweet aroma in your home while your goodies are being baked. Nothing beats this. You can even pack them in gift boxes and distribute it to family and friends. I am craving for these macaroons all over again as I am writing this post. I bet you are too, just looking at it! 🙂
