Crispy Onion Pakoda

First, slice onions and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add ajwain seeds/carom seeds & chopped cilantro.

Next, add besan or chickpea flour to the onions.

Next, add the semolina, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.

Little by little, add water. Give it a good mix.

Heat oil in a pan, then add the spoonfuls of batter to the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown. Remove from oil & allow to soak on paper towel. Serve immediately.
