It is most essential for me as I am known to break my diets with unhealthy munching in the afternoons and it has been a childhood habit. My favorite past time in the afternoon was eating fried snacks straight from the packet itself while reading my comics. Growing up, I had never even heard of baked snacks.
After moving to US, I discovered baking. I keep experimenting with my evening snacks and since I have always been a fan of crunchy and crispy bites, I automatically steer towards such recipes. Bagels are my current obsession. Last week I prepared Guacamole Bagel Sliders for breakfast and it was an instant hit. I kept aside one bagel as I wanted to try out this recipe and am so glad I did! In a small bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and crushed black pepper. Give it a mix. Cut a bagel into slices and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
