Are you looking for a filler snack or a mid day meal. I think this definitely comes to the rescue. This is very easy to make & guess what..its healthy too!
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes & beetroot each. Remove the skins.
1/2 cup boiled spinach
3 green chillies
2 brown bread slices made to crumbs
1 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp minced garlic & ginger
2 tbsp humus (yes this is the secret ingredient)
little cornflour for binding
Salt as per taste
How to make it:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, make small patties, dab cornflour on each Patti & shallow fry in olive oil.
Take 2 brown bread slices, spread humus on them, add the cooked patti, sprinkle fat free cheese & make your sandwich.
