Seriously if you ever find a dessert recipe as simple and as delicious as this one, then let me know! OMG, these Coconut Macaroons are out of this world. Seriously! I cannot believe that they can can be so ridiculously easy to make. Desserts like these make you want to reach out to the picture and grab one. I made these macaroons for our Thanksgiving party this year and they turned to be an instant hit. Everyone loved it and willingly took the leftovers home. Each one of them messaged me later thanking me for the macaroons. They were that delicious. Nothing makes me more happy than watching people enjoy their food.

If  you too are a fan of easy desserts like me then you must try these recipes as well – Oreo Bark – No Cook Recipe, Cashew & Condensed Milk Biscuits, Chocolate Rava Laddu and Mango Semolina Cupcakes. All these are recipes that you can make on any occasion like Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas or even Raksha Bandhan. Especially when we need to make some dessert for large groups, these recipes come handy. At-least for me, I prefer such recipes over elaborate ones because, lets face it, we have no time! We are always on the go and have ten thousand things going on in our mind at any given point. If you are nodding in agreement, then I have got your back my friend. That is the reason I love creating such easy yet tasty recipes only for YOU.
