Vegan Brazilian Bowls are loaded with creamy coconut rice, black beans, mango, avocado and cashews. True flavors from Brazil – by The Wanderlust Kitchen.
The last recipe that makes a feature in this Global Recipe Month Series comes all the way from Brazil. Another interesting country which is known for its tropical food, carnival, football and breathtaking locales, in my opinion. Brazilian cuisine has European, African and Amerindian influences. There is not an exact single “national Brazilian cuisine”, but there is an assortment of various regional traditions and typical dishes. This diversity is linked to the origins of the people inhabiting each dam.
This Global Recipe Month Series has been an eye opener for me and all you readers. Such vast cuisines, new dishes, different cooking techniques have left me spellbound. We have shared recipes from Indian, Spanish, Lebanese, Korean, French, Somali, Persian, Slovenian, Swiss and South African cuisines made by some of my fellow food bloggers. This Brazilian recipe comes from the kitchen of Anetta’s, who is a food enthusiast, travel junkie, photographer, and blogger among other things.
