Chinese Bhel


First, add Yondu seasoning to boiling water.

Next, boil the noodles until al dente.

Drain the noodles and place on plate. Mix with oil.

Add corn flour to the noodles.

Heat oil in a pan and place noodles in the hot oil. Fry until crispy.

Once finished cooking, lightly break the noodles.

If cooking the noodles in the air fryer, place foil in the air fryer basket and poke some holes in it.

Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 300°F.

In a pan, add sesame oil. Fry garlic, onions, and the white part of the green onions.

Add shredded carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers to the wok. Cook the veggies , but they should still have a crunch.

Mix well on high flame until combined. Remove from heat.

Pour chili-garlic sauce, rice vinegar, pepper, and sugar into the pan. You can also add tomato ketchup. Next,  add Yondu

In a mixing bowl, add the broken fried noodles.

Next, add the prepared veggie sauce mixture. Mix together.

Garnish with cilantro and green tips of onions. Serve immediately.
