In a mixing bowl, add ghee and castor sugar. Whisk till the sugar is dissolved.
Sieve whole wheat flour and add to the bowl. Then add vanilla extract and salt.
Mix everything together and form a soft dough.
Divide into equal balls and place them on the baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Bake these cookies for about 20-25 mins or until the base of the cookies turn brown.
