INSTANT POT VEGAN CARROT HALWA

WHY MAKE THIS?

– You only need 7 basic ingredients – It's vegan, gluten-free and healthier version of an Indian carrot dessert. – One-pot meal that's super easy to make & can be made in the instant pot.

Add grated or shredded carrots to the pot then add the oat milk and stir to combine. Cover with a glass lid and let it cook for 30 minutes.

Add the jaggery powder and cardamom powder along with a tablespoon of almond slices.
