In a mixing bowl, add softened butter and sugar. Using a whisk, cream them together. Then add all the dry ingredients. Next, add vanilla extract and milk. Mix it all together to make a soft dough.
Fold the marshmallows into the cookie dough. Place the bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 14-16 medium-sized balls and then press them a bit to make thick discs. Place them apart in the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes
