Easy 15 minute Asian Noodles Stir Fry

Spicy Asian Noodles is the easiest and tastiest stir fry ever! Add your favorite veggies and make it a perfect clean-out-the-fridge type meal in just 15 minutes!

  • 1 pkt noodles
  • 20 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 cups mixed veggies
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt as required


  • First step is to cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set it aside. Since we are working with a good amount of garlic, I use this garlic chopper which saves me time and makes mincing garlic an easy task. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Once its hot enough add minced garlic and fry for 30-45 seconds. Then add sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, freshly crushed black pepper, honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Next add the thawed veggies to the wok. You can choose to add any veggies to make these noodles. I added mushrooms, broccoli, snap peas, beans, carrots, onions and bell peppers. Add salt, garlic powder and onion powder to it and saute the veggies for 2 minutes. Do not overcook it, its nice to have a crunch in them. Lastly add the cooked noodles to the pan and give it all a good mix. Easy 15 minute Asian Noodles Stir Fry is now ready.
