Healthy Pear & Plums Breakfast Smoothie
Healthy Pear & Plums Breakfast Smoothie is a delicious way to start your morning! This dairy free fruit drink is packed with greens, healthy protein and fiber.
- 1 cup any milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 pear
- 1 plum
- 1-2 strawberries
- 1/3 cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
- rose syrup optional
In a blender add any milk and chia seeds. Leave it for a minute so that the chia seeds swell up. Then add peeled and chopped pear, plums, strawberries and cantaloupe. Add organic protein powder and blitz to make a smooth and creamy smoothie. No additional sugar or honey is required as the fruits have a natural sweetness which is more than enough. You can add ice cubes as well but I like to have my smoothies thick and not diluted.
It's a personal choice. Healthy Pear & Plums Breakfast Smoothie is ready! Serve the smoothie immediately. No need to strain it as well. I also poured rose syrup on top just for more effect and to make it appetizing.
