  • In a mixing bowl, add almond flour.
  • Add jaggery powder along with salt, baking powder, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder.
  • Add oil.
  • Knead to make a dough.
  • Fill small silicone molds with the dough. You can also shape them into small balls and flatten them slightly using your hands.
  • Coarsely crush almonds, pistachios and cashews.
  • Sprinkle them along with saffron strands over the balls.
  • Transfer to a lined baking tray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Allow it to cool for few minutes before consuming these cookies.
