Heat sesame oil in a wok. Fry white sesame seeds till they turn light golden. Then add freshly crushed red peppercorns and garlic. Fry for a minute. Next add in the grated beetroot and salt. Fry on medium flame till the water in the beets dries up. It should take 2-3 minutes.
Now add broccoli florets and teriyaki sauce. Mix and fry for another minute. The broccoli needs to be crunchy, so do not over cook it. Lastly add boiled noodles to the mix and toss lightly to coat it well.
Teriyaki Noodles with Broccoli & Beets is now ready. Do not over cook them, else they will be sticky. The noodles need to be fluffy and separate to give it the stir fry look.
