No-Cook Homemade Spicy Tomato Butter

This No-Cook Homemade Spicy Tomato Butter is one that you can really smear on any bread! This butter unfolds a delicious aroma that hardly anyone can resist.

Ingredients

  • 100 gms of butter
  • 50 gms almond butter
  • 50 gms sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Rock Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Melt butter and almond butter to room temperature. Add chopped sun dried tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, red pepper flakes and rock salt. Give it all a good mix.
  • Refrigerate it till it thickens and once it does, go crazy with it!

Notes

You can make it using regular butter fully instead of adding almond butter.
Adjust salt carefully if using salted butter in the first place.
To make it vegan, use nut butter throughout.
