Roast peanuts, sesame seeds, dried red chillies, garlic, cumin seeds and curry leaves in a pan. Take it off the pan and add chana dal and urad dal to the pan and roast them as well. Take it off the pan and grind it all together coarsely. Heat ghee in the same pan and temper mustard seeds. Then add the coarsely ground powder to the ghee and give it a mix. Lastly add cooked rice and coat it with all the masala.
Garnish with cilantro and serve warm along with some papad and yogurt.
