In a Hamilton Beach Sound Shield 950 blender add mint leaves, cilantro, tomatoes, ginger paste and water. Blitz to a smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
Then add lemon juice, amchur, pepper powder, black salt, cumin powder and soda in it. Mix it all together and pour in serving glasses. Keep it in the refrigerator until its time to serve. Just before serving add boondi and ice cubes and serve.
