Mix all the ingredients like the mango pulp, whole milk, vanilla ice cream in a Blender and whip this milkshake. While serving them in glasses, Add another scoop of ice cream on top, garnish it with some saffron, chopped pistachios & almonds. Viola, Mango Mastani is ready!
Instead of vanilla ice cream, you can also try mango ice cream. You can get creative with the garnish as well. You can also use fresh mangoes, make a puree of it and use it in the recipe if mango pulp not readily available. Adapted from a popular drink in Pune.
