Coriander Mint Chutney

Conventional chutney recipe made with coriander and mint leaves. This can be served as dips, spreads or condiments. Its spicy, green and very tasty.

  • 2 bunch coriander leaves/cilantro
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4-5 almonds
  • Salt


  • Grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste. Ensure there are no chunks remaining.
You can use walnuts, groundnuts or pecans instead of walnuts.
You can make a batch and freeze it to use later.
Temper with mustard and cumin seeds if needed.
