Coriander Mint Chutney
Conventional chutney recipe made with coriander and mint leaves. This can be served as dips, spreads or condiments. Its spicy, green and very tasty.

Grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste. Ensure there are no chunks remaining.
You can use walnuts, groundnuts or pecans instead of walnuts.
You can make a batch and freeze it to use later.
Temper with mustard and cumin seeds if needed.
