Turmeric Latte is a light drink made with the most celebrated spice of India - Turmeric which has anti inflammatory and healing properties. You can enjoy this latte for breakfast or as a casual drink.
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- Few strands of saffron
Heat a pan, pour unsweetened almond milk, vanilla essence, honey, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and the hero of the recipe - turmeric powder. Whisk it well & bring the milk to a boil. Take it off the gas. Pour in serving glasses and serve hot/warm.
