Delicious wraps or rolls stuffed with a spiced potato and paneer stuffing. These vegetarian kathi roll make for a good brunch, lunch or tiffin box. A chatpata snack that is filling and easy to make.
In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, carrots amchur powder, chaat masala, coriander cumin powder, grated paneer, chopped onions, minced green chillies, grated ginger, chopped cilantro and salt. Mix and mash it all together. The stuffing is ready. You can use roti or tortillas for wraps. I used roti. Cook the roti properly and smear it with green chutney once done. Place a portion of the paneer potato stuffing in the center, sprinkle chaat masala and roll it to make a wrap. You can also add some grated cheese over it before wrapping it close for more additional flavor.
