INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup pistachios & pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Melted white chocolate
  • Sea-salt as required

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dry roast almonds for 30-45 seconds. Transfer it to a plate. In the same pan, dry roast pistachios and pecans similarly. Transfer it to another plate and allow the nuts to cool down. In a bowl, add vanilla extract in melted butter, then add cocoa powder, coffee powder & sea-salt. Add the roasted nuts to this. Mix it all together. Melt dark chocolate and pour half of it over parchment paper on a cookie tray, then add toasted desiccated coconut over it followed by the roasted nuts-coffee mixture. Cover it with more chocolate and then drizzle some white chocolate over it.
Leave it to set at room temperature. You can even put it in the freezer if in a rush. Once the bark hardens, randomly break it and store in an airtight container.
