Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Meanwhile, in a baking dish, add the bread crusts, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, dried herbs, salt and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle olive oil over it and lightly toss them so that the spices coat well on the bread. Place them in the oven and bake for 8-20 minutes. Check the bread and once its crispy, take it out. Allow it to cool a bit and if you want, sprinkle additional chaat masala on top and toss it. Serve them along with any soup, salad, as a side with any dish or as a snack.
