  • In a mixing bowl, desiccated coconut flakes.
  • Then add sweetened condensed milk.
  • Mix them together. Refrigerate this mixture for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Then shape them into medium size balls using your palms (like ladoos) or use an ice cream/cookie scoop. Press them tightly to shape them. Place them over parchment paper on a cookie tray. Bake these macaroons for 15 - 20 minutes. Keep checking and take them out once it starts browning evenly. Devour them once they are cool enough.
