  • In a mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk and desiccated coconut flakes. Refrigerate this mixture for 30 minutes. Then shape them into medium size balls and place them over parchment paper on a cookie tray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake these macaroons for 15 - 20 minutes. Keep checking and take them out once it starts browning evenly. 2-Ingredient Coconut Macaroons are now ready. Devour them once they are cool enough.
