Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicle With Granola

It's a creamy strawberry cheesecake made into a Popsicle with crushed granola base. They taste just like biting into a real cheesecake minus the calories.


  • ¾ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar
  • 8-10 strawberries
  • Popsicle molds


  • Coarsely grind granola with butter to get a crumbly texture. Keep it aside for now. In a blender, add cream cheese, yogurt, milk, sugar and strawberries. Blend to a smooth consistency.
  • Pour this into Popsicle molds and top it with crushed granola. Freeze for 5-6 hours. Serve chilled.
