Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a blender jar, add frozen blueberries, lemon juice, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, soda or sparkling water, salt, and chaat masala. You can add little brown sugar if you want. Blend it all together.
  • Strain the mixture and pour it in Popsicle molds. Don't fill it fully, just about ¾ of it. Freeze overnight.

Notes

You may use frozen or fresh blueberries, however, frozen works better here. You can use regular water instead of soda or sparkling water.
Add any sweetener of your choice if you feel the need. If you don't have Popsicle molds, use any mold or even paper cups.
The easiest way to remove these Popsicles from the molds is by running them under warm water for a few seconds before pulling them out of the mold. Tip the molds sideways and run the Popsicle you want out under the warm water for about 10 seconds. Gently pull on the stick to loosen. If it doesn’t come out easily, run it under the water for a few more seconds!
