Chickoo Banana Milkshake

Chickoo Banana Milkshake is a thick & creamy smoothie. This drink is naturally sweet due to the smashing combination of fruits plus it tastes amazing!

  • 3-4 Chickoo fruit, cut in slices unpeeled
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder optional
  • Chocolate sauce for dipping the serving glasses
  • Sprinkles as required


  • In a blender, add frozen Chickoo and banana slices, milk, vanilla extract and any chocolate powder.
  • Blitz it to make a smooth and creamy milkshake.
  • Notch it up for Christmas and dip the serving glasses in chocolate sauce and roll it over Christmas themed sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate the glasses till you need them.
  • Pour in serving glass and serve chilled.


You can prepare this drink using any kind of milk - dairy or dairy free.
If fresh Chickoo is unavailable, use frozen. 
There is no added sugar in this recipe as it is already sweet. But feel free to add any sweetener if you like it more sweet.
The trick is to add more Chickoo slices compared to the milk in the mix to give it the required thickness and creamy texture.
Skip the banana and make plain Chickoo Milkshake if you wish.
Drizzle some chocolate sauce over it for a more enhanced taste.
