  • 2 cups oats powder
  • 1 cup semolina/rawa
  • 5 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 green chillies
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • salt as required
  • Buttermilk as required
  • cooking oil as required

  • In a mixing bowl, add oats powder, semolina flour, rice flour, salt and veggies like shredded cabbage, onions, bell peppers, green chillies and curry leaves. Then add chopped cilantro and my favorite - buttermilk. You can add water as well instead of buttermilk. But adding this buttermilk will just give it more flavor and a better taste. Mix it all together to form a batter. It should be of pancake/dosa batter consistency. You need a mini pancake pan like this one here. Smear oil and fill batter in each mold. Cook both sides on medium flame. Take them off the pan and serve them warm with some coconut chutney or any other green chutney.
