INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Here's the recipe to lose weight and stay healthy with this fruit detox! In a blender add water, chunks of cucumber. I have peeled it before chopping. Then add chia seeds and cut kiwi. Next add orange wedges. No additional sugar is required. It tastes just fine. Blitz to make a juice. You can choose to strain the juice or consume it without. Serve this chilled.
