Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prep the fruit – Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes and peaches. You can keep the peach skin on if you prefer a more rustic texture.
  • Blend – Add the chopped mangoes and peaches to a blender. Pour in the condensed milk and add vanilla extract.
  • Purée – Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash of water, orange juice, or soda to help it along.
  • Pour and freeze – Fill popsicle molds about ¾ full with the fruit purée. Insert the sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until fully set.

Notes

If the mangoes and peaches aren't sweet enough, feel free to add a little simple syrup, sugar, or your preferred sweetener until it reaches your desired sweetness. For added texture and bursts of fruity flavor, chop some fresh mangoes and peaches and stir them directly into the molds before freezing. This adds delightful bites of real fruit in every lick!
