  • Add the vegan ricotta cheese to a bowl. Make sure it’s at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • To the bowl, add cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it combines and becomes light, fluffy, and smooth.
  • Spoon the dairy-free mousse into individual serving bowls, ramekins, or glasses. To make it easier, use a Ziplock bag to shape and fill the mousse. Simply place the mixture into the bag, shape it like a cone, and make a small slit at the bottom. Then, pipe the mixture into the glasses. Add your choice of toppings (I used cereal and sprinkles) and cover the glasses. Let it set in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
