Ingredients

Instructions

  • To a Blender jar, add the oat milk creamer.
  • Then add the pitted, scooped-out, and chopped avocado.
  • Next, add protein powder (if adding), and vegan honey.
  • Blitz till it is smooth and creamy. Stop once and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything blends evenly. Pour in serving glasses.
  • In the same blender jar (without rinsing it), add mango pulp along with vanilla extract.
  • Blitz till it's smooth and creamy. Pour this over the avocado smoothie. Garnish with chopped mango, avocado, and hemp seeds. Serve this dairy-free Mango Avocado Smoothie immediately.

Notes

You can add all the ingredients in the blender at one time and blend it. Separating the mango and avocado smoothies is done for a visual appeal. This mango smoothie with avocado is very thick and creamy. If you want, add a cup of water or ice cubes while blending to dilute the consistency. There is no need to strain this oat milk smoothie.
