Soak moong dal for 2 hours minimum. Drain and grind to a smooth paste adding little water, salt, onions and green chillies. Add green peas to the blender and grind it to a smooth paste. Mix the lentils and green paste together. Add water to get the desired batter consistency. Now add salt and cilantro to the batter. Mix it well. The batter will be thicker compared to other dosa batter recipes. Heat a tawa, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it like a dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides and cook both sides evenly.
