INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cereal
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp jaggery powder
  • 1 So Delicious Dairy Free® Key Lime yogurt alternative
  • Handful of chopped kiwis and raspberries
  • Saffron and cardamom powder for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First we need to prepare the base. Crush cereal coarsely. Add powdered jaggery and maple syrup. Mix and bring them together. You can add nut butter as well to give it more flavor.
  • In a silicon muffin tray, fill the base with the cereal mix. Press it down with a spoon. Fill the muffin mold with So Delicious Dairy Free® Key Lime yogurt alternative. Toss in tropical fruits like chopped kiwi along with chopped raspberries. Sprinkle cardamom powder and saffron on top and freeze the tray for a couple of hours.
