Honey Dipped Cashews

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups cashews
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • For this recipe you can either purchase unsalted roasted cashews or dry roast them at home till they turn light golden. Melt unsalted butter with honey in the microwave for 20 -30 seconds. Pour this over the cashews. Continue to roast the cashews mixture for 5 minutes. Take it off the flame and allow it to cool for a minute only (if you wait too long the sugar may not stick well), then add sugar and mix. Ensure the cashews are coated well with the sugar.
  • You can use your hands to mix it and separate the cashews in case they stick to one another. Once done, you can transfer it to an airtight container and enjoy this sweet snack anytime!
