Ingredients

  • 1 can/14oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 packet of Immaculate Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Cookie Dough

Instructions

  • In a bowl add sweetened condensed milk and honey. In another bowl whip the heavy cream for 5 minutes till they form stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into your sweetened condensed milk bowl.
  • To make the cookies, follow the instructions on the packet of Immaculate Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Cookie Dough and bake them. It literally takes about 15 minutes! So simple! Once the cookies are cool enough, crumble half of them with a heavy heart ;). But trust me, you will reap the benefits soon. Pour about ⅓ of your ice cream mixture into your 9x5 inch pan. Sprinkle some of your cookie chunks evenly all over as a layer. Continue to alternate between the ice cream mixture and cookie chunks till they are over. The topmost layer should be of cookie chunks.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or foil and place it in freezer for 6 hours, or overnight. And then its party time!
