In a blender, add cilantro, mint leaves, pine nuts, garlic, green chillies, lime juice, olive oil, saffron, Parmesan and salt. Blitz to a smooth chutney consistency.
Thaw the Puff Pastry Sheets and then spread this prepared chutney evenly over it. Sprinkle cheese and cut it into 1 cm (1/2 inch) wide strips. Twist each strip and place it in a baking tray. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the twists with butter and bake it in a pre heated oven at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle chaat masala over it and now your Chutney & Cheese Puff Pastry Straws are ready to be devoured.
